Refund & Cancellation Policy
We at Wellforia (https://foriamart.com/refundpolicy) want every purchase to be a success. The terms under which refunds, exchanges, and returns are permitted are described in this policy.

2. Return Eligibility
We accept requests for returns or replacements within the following guidelines:
- When the product is delivered, it is damaged, inappropriate or size issues.
- Within three days of delivery, the return request is made.
- The product is undamaged, in its original box, and in its original condition.
- There is credible evidence presented, such as images or videos depicting the problem.
The following items are not returnable:
- Items lacking their original accessories or packaging
- Clothes, bags and Jewelry or any other article attached with it must not be missing.
3. Procedure for Returns
- Within three days of delivery, send an email to wellforiainfo@gmail.com with your order ID and problem description.
- Provide clear pictures or videos that demonstrate the issue.
- After confirming the problem, our staff will authorize the return pickup or drop.
- A refund or replacement will be handled after the product has been received and examined.
We won't accept late or unauthorized returns.
4. Refund Procedure and Schedule
- After the returned item is received, authorized refunds are completed within seven business days.
- Only the original payment method is eligible for refunds.
- Bank processing delay may be applicable for prepaid orders made with a card or UPI.
- When we initiate order cancellations or unsuccessful deliveries, a complete refund is automatically granted.
5. Exchanges
In certain cases, and depending on supply levels, we might provide a replacement rather than a refund. A complete refund will be provided if a replacement is not available.
6. Cancellations
Prior to shipment, orders can be cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. Within three to five business days, prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
7. Conflicts and Allegations
If you have any unanswered questions, send us an email. Our goal is to promptly and fairly settle all claims. Following an inquiry, all decisions will be final.
